You have 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. This period allows you to try on your shoes indoors and ensure they meet your family’s comfort standards. This 30-day window is a firm commitment from DELL WAYNE JR ORTIZ COMMERCE LLC to your satisfaction.

2. Eligibility & Conditions

To qualify for a 100% full refund, please ensure the following:

  • Footwear must be in original, unworn condition (no marks on soles or uppers).
  • Items must be returned in the original Assetfamily shoe box.
  • All original tags, inserts, and accessories must be included.

*Recommendation: Please try on shoes on carpeted surfaces to prevent outsole scuffing during your decision period.

3. Accepted Reasons for Return

We accept returns for any reason to ensure your peace of mind:

• Incorrect sizing or fit
• Style or color preference
• Manufacturing defects
• Changed mind

4. How to Return (Download & Print)

  1. Initiate: Email us at support@assetfamily.com with your order number.
  2. Download: We will email you a Pre-paid PDF Shipping Label within 24 business hours.
  3. Print: Print the label on any standard home printer (8.5×11″).
  4. Affix & Ship: Secure the shoes in their box, tape the label to the outside, and drop it off at any USPS or UPS location.

5. Refund Timeline & Restocking

  • Inspection: 1-2 business days after the package reaches our facility at 3129 Pinewood Dr, Garland, TX 75044.
  • Processing: A 100% refund (including $0 restocking fees) will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Bank Reflection: Usually takes 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
