At Assetfamily, operated by DELL WAYNE JR ORTIZ COMMERCE LLC, we aim to process and ship your premium footwear orders as quickly as possible. Because our logistics system is designed for high efficiency and custom quality control, there is a limited window of time to make changes or cancellations once an order is placed.

The 6-Hour Window

You have 6 hours from the time of purchase to request a cancellation or modification before the custom handling phase begins.

1. How to Request a Cancellation

If you change your mind shortly after placing an order, please contact our Texas-based support team immediately. All requests must be sent via email to ensure we have a timestamped record of your inquiry for DELL WAYNE JR ORTIZ COMMERCE LLC records.

Once your request is confirmed within the 6-hour window, we will issue a full 100% refund (including $0 restocking fees) immediately to your original payment method.

2. Changing Order Details

Need to swap a shoe size or update your shipping address? We can assist with the following modifications if the order has not yet entered the “Processing” stage at our Garland facility:

  • Updating shoe size or color selection for Men’s, Women’s, or Kids’ collections.
  • Correcting typos in your shipping address (e.g., Garland, TX 75044).
  • Updating contact information or email address.

Note: After the 6-hour window, we cannot guarantee modifications. If the order has already shipped, please refer to our 30-Day Free Return Policy once the package arrives.

3. If Your Order Has Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched from our fulfillment center, Assetfamily is unable to intercept the delivery. In this case:

  1. Please do not refuse the delivery (refused packages may be lost in transit and delay your refund).
  2. Accept the package and email us for a Free Return Shipping Label.
  3. Once the item is returned to us in its original, unworn condition, a full refund will be processed within 1-2 business days.
