We strive to display the colors and details of our shoes as accurately as possible. However, DELL WAYNE JR ORTIZ COMMERCE LLC cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect the true colors of the physical product.

• We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue collections (Men, Women, Kids) without prior notice.
• A flat-rate shipping fee of $6.99 applies to all domestic orders within the Contiguous United States, covering the entire order regardless of quantity.

3. Accuracy of Billing & Account

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place with us. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all transactions. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail provided at the time the order was made.

4. Shipping & Risk of Loss

All orders are processed according to our official shipping guidelines (7-15 business days for custom crafting and transit). The risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier (UPS/USPS). DELL WAYNE JR ORTIZ COMMERCE LLC is not liable for delays beyond our control or for incorrect addresses provided during checkout at our Garland, TX facility.

5. Returns & Refunds

Our return process is strictly governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. We offer a 30-day window with 100% free “Download & Print” pre-paid labels and $0 restocking fees. Shoes must be in original, unworn condition to qualify for a full refund to the original payment method.
